When you provide your mobile phone number through our quote form, booking process, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your quotes, orders, dispatch and delivery updates, and customer-service communications. These are transactional messages about your deliveries; we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the status of your deliveries. You may receive messages such as quote confirmations, dispatch notifications, delivery confirmations, and replies to your inquiries.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will stop sending non-essential texts to that number. You may continue to receive transactional messages necessary to complete an active delivery.
